JANUS Research Group Recognizes Jon Mikovits with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Jon Mikovits with an Energy Award for his exceptional leadership, adaptability, and dedication as a key member of the Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) team. Jon has played a critical role in three CLLC rating projects, successfully leading each one while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. His ability to balance multiple responsibilities, transition seamlessly between projects, and mentor others highlights his unwavering commitment to excellence.
While Jon's contributions are invaluable with all projects, his teamwork and leadership capabilities were particularly evident during the Naval Aircrewman Tactical Helicopter (AWR) project. This involved analyzing program of record information and developing six documents to include the Rate Master Task List (RMTL), Career Flow Map (CFM), and Career Domain Analysis (CDA). Jon simultaneously took the initiative to train a new team member along with these significant project duties. His willingness to guide and support others without hesitation demonstrates his natural ability to foster collaboration and elevate team performance. His approachable and solutions-oriented communication style ensures that his colleagues feel both supported and empowered, creating a positive and high-performing team dynamic.
Jon's success can be attributed to many factors, foremost among them his adaptability. He has seamlessly taken on various roles within CLLC, quickly mastering new responsibilities and demonstrating a strong ability to navigate evolving project demands.
