01/30/2025

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Robert McMath with an Energy Award for his exceptional dedication and expertise in ensuring seamless coordination and integration in support of the FCC CEMA Branch. His efforts were instrumental in maintaining critical communication channels, read-ahead updates, and venue coordination, enabling key leaders to engage effectively during a high-stakes event.

In preparation for and during the Electromagnetic Warfare Board of Directors (EW BOD) meeting held from January 6-10, 2025, Robert played a pivotal role in supporting the FCC director's virtual attendance as a voting member. His meticulous coordination efforts bridged communication between HQDA G-3/5/7, the Department of the Army Management Office - Strategic Operations - Electronic Warfare (DOMO-SOW), chief, Cyber CDID director, the FCC director, and support staff. This involved managing multiple venues, including N/S Teams and N/S VTC platforms, to ensure seamless connectivity across stakeholders.

Despite network disruptions, personnel challenges, and unexpected weather impacts, Robert took the initiative to troubleshoot issues in real time, ensuring uninterrupted support for the FCC director. His ability to swiftly adapt and problem-solve allowed the FCC director to actively participate in decision-making alongside four senior Army leaders, including representatives from HQDA G-3/5/7, ARCYBER, ASA(ALT), FORSCOM, and TRADOC.

Robert's dedication and expertise were directly linked to the successful execution of this critical event, ensuring that leadership could engage in strategic discussions and decision-making without disruption. His efforts exemplify commitment, professionalism, and technical excellence, making a significant impact in support of the FCC mission.

At JANUS, we recognize that it is the dedication of individuals like Robert that strengthens our reputation for excellence and reliability. His commitment to problem-solving, teamwork, and mission success directly contributes to JANUS' continued impact and success.
