JANUS Research Group Recognizes Andrew Davids with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to recognize Andrew Davids with an Energy Award in recognition of his exceptional performance in supporting the Army's Future Study Plan 2025 (FSP25) and the successful execution of the FSP25 Staff Exercise (STAFFEX). Andrew's dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were instrumental in developing operational-level plans in support of chief of staff of the Army's deep future wargame.

Through his unwavering efforts, he seamlessly coordinated across multiple stakeholders, including the Future Study Program community and the Army War College Collins Hall staff. His leadership in identifying and managing facility and support service requirements ensured that the FSP event met government stakeholder needs with precision and timeliness. Andrew's tireless commitment, from organizing planning conferences to ensuring critical support services-including facility setup, audio-visual capabilities, and secure communications-was pivotal to the event's success.

His adaptability and willingness to go beyond the scope of his responsibilities to meet contingency customer needs exemplify the highest standards of professionalism. Andrew's contributions not only ensured the success of FSP25 STAFFEX but also reflected positively on JANUS Research Group and the entire FSP team.
