
JANUS Research Group Recognizes Lindsey O'Field with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS), is pleased to recognize Lindsey O'Field with an Energy Award for his exceptional performance in supporting the Army's Future Study Plan 2025 (FSP25) and the successful execution of the FSP25 Staff Exercise (STAFFEX).
Lindsey's expertise as a web designer and system administrator was instrumental to the success of the event in developing operational-level plans in support of the chief of staff of the Army's deep future wargame.
In preparation for the event, Lindsey designed, built, and managed a tailored website for administrative registration, distribution of reference materials, and tracking authorized user access to event networks. During STAFFEX, his critical role as system administrator ensured seamless execution, setting up the Windows server, establishing the operating system, and building the IT infrastructure necessary to support wargame networks.
Beyond his core responsibilities, Lindsey's recognized expertise in IT allowed him to assist the Center for Strategic Leadership at the Army War College in updating essential hardware and software-an effort that went above and beyond his primary duties. His adaptability, technical proficiency, and unwavering dedication were pivotal to the success of FSP25 STAFFEX.
Lindsey's outstanding performance has set the conditions for mission success and reflects highly on JANUS Research Group and the professionalism of the entire FWD team.
