JANUS Research Group Recognizes James Hyssong with Energy Award

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Mr. James (Jamie) Hyssong with an Energy Award for his instrumental work on the Holistic Training Program, which delivered the semiannual Return on Investment brief to the Surface Training Systems Program Office (PMS 339).

Mr. Hyssong was responsible for collecting Fleet Technical Assistance (FTA) information from the Navy Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) and analyzing all data for all Navy ships. He also collected and calculated Navigation and Seamanship Certification Events First Pass Yield and assisted in analyzing all 12 Material Readiness Indicators and two shipboard Personnel Performance Indicators. Mr. Hyssong maintained responsibility for the Return on Investment PowerPoint presentation, ensuring all changes were annotated. His work on the Holistic Training Program was in addition to his routine tasks, which he continued to perform at his usual high quality.

Mr. Hyssong's efforts on the Holistic Training Program received high praise from his PMS 339 supervisor. His exemplary work was recognized by the PMS 339 leadership team and by JANUS through the Energy Award.
