JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES BRIAN WALL WITH AN ENERGY AWARD

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) and the Capability, Integration and Sustainment Solutions (CIS2) team are pleased to present Mr. Brian Wall with an Energy Award for his dedication and service in helping veterans and soldiers.
After serving in the United States Air Force for 20 years as an Airlift and Special Mission Aircraft Maintenance Craftsman, his care for soldiers continued on. Brian is a lifetime member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CMVA) Chapter 7-1 located in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he serves as the State Quartermaster, and his wife is the Executive Officer (XO) for the Auxiliary Chapter. This Chapter holds numerous fundraising events throughout the year to fund their mission of Vets Helping Vets with Brian and his wife taking the lead to ensure mission success.
Two of their largest events from 2023 were the Patriot Fest held in Jacksonville, Arkansas and Rumble in the Rock held at Rock City Harley Davidson in Little Rock, Arkansas; both netting over $3,000. The funds were used in various ways to help veterans in need such as:
- A 4th of July luncheon for residents of the Arkansas State Veterans Home
- A Thanksgiving Day lunch was prepared and served at the Arkansas State Veterans Home
- A home renovation for a Vietnam Veteran. The CMVA was able to make his home livable by constructing an entrance ramp for this veteran after a knee surgery.
- A donation of $1,000 to Feed the Vets in Cabot, Arkansas
- A donation to a retired Army Veteran injured in the line of duty for the Arkansas State Police to help cover medical expenses
The CMVA Chapter 7-1 also provides escort services during Veteran funerals at the request of family members. During 2023, they escorted six Veterans to their final resting place. Some of the requests included the use of the caisson, a pull behind of a trike taking those who were motorcycle riders on their 'last ride'. This service is extended to all chapter members and veterans upon request.
Brian's significant support to those that have sacrificed for our freedom shows his true character and is reflected in his job performance. His steadfast dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards serves as a beacon of inspiration for us all. Through his actions, Brian exemplifies the values of honesty, trustworthiness, and accountability, making invaluable contributions to our team and fostering a culture of integrity within the JANUS organization.
