JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES CRAIG MITCHELL AND NELSON MONTANEZ WITH ENERGY AWARDS

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) and the Capabilities, Integration and Sustainment Solutions (CIS2) team are pleased to present Mr. Craig Mitchell and Mr. Nelson Montanez with Energy Awards.
Mr. Mitchell conducted Forge Solution Analysis data entries training to 32 Maneuver Support Capability Development Integration Directorates (MS CDIDs) and six Sustainment Functional Division personnel. This training significantly improves the workforces' efficiencies as the organization becomes more data enable.
Craig has an outstanding rapport within the Futures Integration Directorate (FID) and CDIDs as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in his field. His positive work ethic and engaging personality continue to motivate others daily both for the JANUS team and our customers.
Mr. Montanez is the longest standing member of the Fort Sill, Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) Information Technology (IT) Support Team. He brings a wealth of knowledge through his shared experience and leadership with newer members of the team through his mentorship and guidance. In addition to his regular duties serving as the S6 for 428 Brigade, he prepared for and supported the 428 Brigade for the Worldwide Redleg competition. This competition consisted of physical fitness tests, obstacle courses and Field Artillerymen core tasks. He is a key contributor to the communication network and support for the overall competition.
Nelson continues to surpass the gold standard in providing customer service to the Fort Still Community and displays his care for mission success.
