JANUS RESEARCH GROUP AWARDS KATHRYN WILFONG WITH EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) is pleased to present Ms. Kathryn Wilfong with Employee of the Quarter for her consistency and experienced leadership going above and beyond in her role as Junior Instructional Systems Designer.
In the last quarter, Ms. Wilfong successfully navigated through three vastly different contracts to be able to peer/lead review 32 products, resulting in an average score of 92%, the highest of her peer group. From the ground up, she created the Product Line's new and flourishing "Onboarding" program for employees as well as revitalizing the training program. Included in this, she established a new and readily available "training library" consisting of 114 essential training courses for employees, ensuring that JANUS maintains a proficiency and position of quality excellence unsurpassed by its competition. The onboarding program was administered to sixteen new resources throughout the quarter.
Kathryn led a team creating new and innovating ways to receive feedback, present trainings, and video production, enhancing Business Unit resources time management ability, professional growth, and mental health, thus ensuring sustained superior success in the Business Unit. Kathryn has set the performance standard for new hires through the onboarding program receiving direct feedback such as "Your onboarding program has been incredibly helpful and truly is the best of any company I have worked for;" thus helping JANUS maintain its "Great Places to Work" Certification.
In addition to Kathryn's demonstrated superior professionalism, and a dedication to the success of our organization and personnel, she has published several children's books and conducts local author events for the Pajama Program, a program that donates pajamas and books to child in need.
Her positive and enthusiastic attitude, flexibility and communication ability sets her apart from her peers as "rising star" within the Business Unit. She exemplifies the qualities JANUS Research Group looks for in an employee and the dedication we provide to garner success for our customers.
