JANUS Research Group (JANUS) and the Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T) team are pleased to present Mr. Abel Esparza with the highly coveted Employee of the Quarter award for his integral support of the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) development team.
Over his two-year tenure within the company, Abel has continuously excelled in every area of development. As his understanding of the CLLC process has grown, he has progressed to leading large rates, with over 5,000 billets and 30+ Navy Enlisted Classifications resulting in over 500+ recommended Courses of Action to close training gaps. Over just the last 3 months, his expert understanding of the process and meticulous attention to detail has allowed Mr. Esparza to provide excellent training to three new developers.
Abel's willingness to help in any capacity is infectious. He continues to grow and embrace his participation in the Peer/Lead Review process, providing exceptional in-depth reviews of deliverable content in four other projects and guidance to other team members and peers on enhancing their process improvement and level of knowledge. His consistency and level-headed decision making have allowed his leadership to rely on him regardless of the task at hand.
