JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECEIVES CAPABILITY MATURITY MODEL INTEGRATION FOR SERVICES MATURITY LEVEL 3

This month JANUS Research Group (JANUS) announced that it has received its Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI Services) Maturity Level (ML) 3.
An appraisal at ML 3 indicates the organization is performing at a "defined" level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization's set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.
For JANUS customers, this ML 3 rating means that they can entrust our team to follow project and work management and services best practices, such as service continuity and incident resolution and prevention, into the standard process set. JANUS will ensure that selected projects meet their requirements and validate services to ensure they meet the needs of the customer and end user.
