JANUS RESEARCH GROUP JOINS DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE SKILLBRIDGE PROGRAM AS INDUSTRY PARTNER

JANUS Research Group (JANUS) has officially been approved as a trusted employer by the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program to create opportunities for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during their last 180 days of service.
The DoD SkillBridge program connects transitioning service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences, while continuing to receive military compensation and benefits. For industry partners such as JANUS, the DoD SkillBridge is an opportunity to access and leverage the world's most highly trained and motivated workforce at no cost.
JANUS offers service members a Nationwide Hybrid Job Training Program that will run 91-120 days in Management, and Business and Financial Operations. Currently, we are offering Business Analyst, Acquisition Adviser, Operational Architect, Junior Project Manager and Recruiter positions. These positions will cover key concepts and principles of business analysis, industry-standard frameworks and methodologies, data analysis, and documentation and communication skills with stakeholders and candidates. Compliance and ethics will also be skills incorporated into the training plan for these roles.
We are able to host multiple cohorts for the positions listed. This includes current military members in terminal leave, veterans and military spouses.
