JANUS RESEARCH GROUP RECOGNIZES COLLEAGUES FOR THEIR WORK UNDER FUTURES AND CONCEPTS CENTER CONTRACTS

JANUS Research Group is pleased to present Quentin Fuller, Kyle Weaver and Jean Hightower with Energy Awards for their hard work on Futures and Concept Center contracts.
Mr. Quentin Fuller works as a Joint CBA Analyst and is the newest member of the Top Down Modernization Process (TDMP) Team. He has been instrumental in reviewing the Forge Modular Data Environment (MDE) and providing input for updates. He consistently works to improve the functionality of the Assessment module and link between the Assessment module and others in Forge.
Mr. Kyle Weaver works as a G-3/5/7 Integration Analyst and has consistently worked to improve his performance, initiative, dedication, and attention to detail. He has developed and deployed products to improve the management and tracking of experimentation personnel support requirements across FCC. He also produced a weekly report for leaders which provides updates on support status, while working with other FCC organizations to automate the product and make it user friendly. Kyle has done an outstanding job developing and submitting orders for FCC publication and directing FCC organization to support exercise venues.
Ms. Jean Hightower, Systems Operations Research Analyst and member of the Cost Benefit Analysis (C-BA) Team, has provided exemplary analytical support for the FCC and Cyber Capability Development Integration Directorate (CDID). She has established herself as a highly proficient and effective staff officer, recognized for her ability to manage multiple tasks across a diverse and geographically separated community of practice, clarity of vision, dedication to mission, and ability to deliver superior results.
