JANUS Research Group has been awarded a Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Training Support Agency (TSA), Port Hueneme, Task Order (TO).
The missions of the Naval Shore Facilities, Base Operating Support, and Expeditionary Engineering Systems Command is to deliver life-cycle technical and acquisition solutions aligned to Fleet and Marine Corps priorities. They are the Naval Forces' trusted facilities and expeditionary experts enabling overwhelming Fleet and Marine Corps lethality.
NAVFAC delivers best value facilities engineering and acquisition for the Navy and Marine Corps, Unified Commanders, and Department of Defense agencies through five business lines:
- Design & Construction
- Environmental
- Expeditionary
- Public Works
- Asset Management
The objective of this TO is to obtain professional support services in the areas of Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPT&E) and Instructional Systems Design in support of NAVFAC TSA at Port Hueneme, CA.
JANUS Research Group will work to accomplish analytical, programmatic, and developmental tasks, focusing on but not limited to Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) planning, analysis, design, development, implantation, and evaluation of training systems that support the Seabee Community and Career Field, the Naval Construction Force, and the Navy Expeditionary and Naval Beach Group Enterprises.
