ANDREW DAVIDS AWARDED JANUS RESEARCH GROUP ENERGY AWARD

JANUS Research Group LLC (JANUS) has awarded Mr. Andrew Davids the JANUS Research Group Energy Award for his contributions to the Future Study Plan (FSP) contract conducting two, week-long war game events.
Mr. Davids has worked across various stakeholders of the FSP community and the Army War College (AWC) Center for Strategic Leadership (CSL) staff, identifying and coordinating facility and support service requirements to ensure the FSP events met government stakeholder needs accurately and on schedule.
Iteratively managing customer requirements, he established routine touch points to ensure support services were provided. His success in meeting these requirements in a challenging and dynamic environment is a testament to his ability to adapt and expand beyond the scope of his responsibilities in order to meet contingency customer needs.
For example, approaching the conclusion of the FSP23-3 event in March, Mr. Davids was accoladed by the US Army War College CSL Director, DTI (Department of Technology Integration) Operations Division, for taking immediate actions to prevent and remediate a major flooding incident within CSL.
His willingness to do right even when difficult, coupled with his detailed understanding of the FSP processes, customer requirements, and the staff functions within CSL have been critical contributions to meeting the customer's needs and satisfaction.
