RUBEN DOMINGUEZ AND RICARDO VALENZUELA AWARDED JANUS RESEARCH ENERGY AWARD FOR WORK WITH PROJECT CONVERGENCE 2022 JOINT ALL-DOMAIN COMMAND AND CONTROL NETWORK

September 28th , 2022 (Evans, GA) - Ruben Dominguez and Ricardo Valenzuela have been awarded JANUS Research Group's Energy Award for the exemplary work they have performed setting conditions for flawless functionality of the Project Convergence 2022 Joint All-Domain Command and Control (PC 22 JADC2) network.
Ruben served as a Network Planner for Joint Modernization Command's (JMC) Network Integration Division (NID)/G6. Ruben works directly for most of the lead line effort (LOE in support of PC 22). Mr. Dominguez directly maintains the lines of effort (LOE) battle rhythm and planning requirements ensuring that the team is always synchronized and prepared for coordination with parallel entities and higher headquarters.
Ricardo served as a JMC, Network Integration Division G6 Server Technician for JMC's Risk Reduction Events (RREs), Communication Exercise (COMMEX) 1A, 1B, and Army Futures Command experimental operation, Project Convergence 2022 (PC22). During JMC's RRE, Mr. Valenzuela participated on the team of technicians that built JMC's first internal Cyber Security Hub (CS Hub). This enabled multi-national partner interoperability with the United Kingdom and Australian armed forces.
Their continuous leadership and dedication to the organization enables the Joint Warfighting Concept and JADC2 to execute PC22 and greatly impacts the division's success, and their work are crucial components of accelerating the future warfighter and Army modernization.
