GILBERT FERNANDEZ AWARDED JANUS RESEARCH GROUP ENERGY AWARD

May 27th, 2022 (Evans, GA) - JANUS Research Group LLC (JANUS) has awarded Gilbert Fernandez an Energy Award for his work as a member of the Architecture Integration Management Division (AIMD) Architecture Team.
Gilbert's work has been instrumental in the successful development, review, and updating of 22 organizational based architectures supporting the Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Army of 2030. His most noteworthy achievement was his recent participation in the development of the Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF) Full formation, consisting of a Brigade (BDE) size formation with 22 plug-and-play subordinate formations.
Gilbert's detailed assessment of the MDTF mission requirements enabled him to effectively coordinate resources and critical source documents with AIMD Government; and Capabilities, Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) stakeholders as needed.
The result of Gilbert's efforts was a thorough and comprehensive architecture that produced over 2,000 vehicle platforms, 3,000 pieces of critical Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) equipment and the assignment of 3,000 supporting Networks.
Gilbert's actions are the definition of professionalism and dedication, and reflect greatly upon himself, JANUS Research Group, and AIMD.
