RESPONSIVE STRATEGIC SOURCING FOR SERVICES (RS3)
The Department of the Army, Army Materiel Command (AMC), Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) has a requirement for Strategic Services Sourcing 2nd Generation (S32G) services to support Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) customers and a continuing requirement for rapid response (R2) services to support critical systems requirements for the Command and Control (C2) Systems Integration Directorate (C2SID). This effort is now entitled Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3).
