Derek West Named JANUS Employee of the Quarter

Combat Capabilities and Systems Engineering Solutions (C2S2) Network Engineer Derek West has been named JANUS Research Group’s (JANUS’) 2025 Employee of the Quarter for Quarter 2. Derek’s work as a network engineer provides solutions to the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, and Network’s (PEO C3N) Project Manager Interoperability, Integration & Services (PM I2S) under the Tactical Cyber and Network Operations (TCNO) program.
“Derek consistently demonstrates an exemplary work ethic, unwavering professionalism, and decisive leadership,” says C2S2 Senior Vice President Joseph Bailey. “His dedication to every task is what truly distinguishes him from his peers.”
