Sarah's willingness to quickly answer questions and step in to help with development whenever needed?while still excelling at her own work in managing the development of her assigned course curriculum?speaks to her natural leadership abilities and her dedication to ensuring her team is the best they can be.

Beyond her exceptional work, Sarah has created a supportive and positive environment for her team, holding team and one-on-one meetings to ensure alignment and growth. She has been a consistent source of mentorship, creating training materials and teaching group sessions to prepare team members for success. Her willingness to adjudicate challenges, coupled with her commitment to ensuring the quality of work, has been vital in keeping the team on track.
