Dr. Guy Seeley
Vice President, Atmospheric and Environmental Research
Guy serves as the Vice President for the Atmospheric and Environmental Research (AER) Business Unit, which performs basic research and advanced development and application activities across diverse satellite missions and remote sensing objectives for government and commercial clients.
Guy joined JANUS in 2024 through JANUS ' acquisition of AER from Verisk Analytics, where he served as President. Guy has developed and managed numerous commercial and government efforts ranging from Infrared PGM mission planning decision aids to Space Weather studies to Wildfire Risk Rating. He started his career as an Air Force Research Laboratory contractor after completing a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. He has more than 33 years of experience managing projects and teams in the federal and commercial R&D spaces.
