Curtis Sumner
Senior Vice President, Manpower, Personnel, and Training
Curtis serves as the Senior Vice President for the Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Business Unit providing analytical and training solutions for DoD and commercial clients and organizations.
Curtis joined JANUS in 2022 through JANUS' acquisition of Cape Henry Associates where he served as the Chief Operations Officer. After retiring with 21 years of service in the U.S. Navy, Curtis spent some time with SPAWAR and NETC programs. His more than 20 years of military curriculum development experience, combined with more than a decade of business development experience and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, have prepared him well for his leadership responsibilities with JANUS Research Group.
