CDD and APOD require the Contractor to provide expert planning, analysis, reviews, and assessments in support of their various missions.  The objective of this Task Order (TO) is to provide Mission Support Services for the Capabilities Developments Directorate (CDD), ARCIC Plans and Operations Directorate (APOD), and Joint Interdependency Coordination Division (JICD) with expert planning, analysis, reviews, and assessments. This supports ARCIC in directing the development, synchronization, integration, and implementation of the concepts to capabilities construct.
