PEO-STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC II). 

The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Acquisition Center in Orlando, FL developed an acquisition strategy to assist PEO STRI and its customers in satisfying mission requirements. This contract, known as STOC II, is a set of multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide simulation, training/testing system and instrumentation products and services for the Warfighter, beginning with concept development and continuing throughout life cycle support. The objectives of this acquisition are to: 1) facilitate the leveraging of programs and technology (to include Joint and/or Joint-related) in the best interests of the U.S. Army and Department of Defense; 2) prepare the Warfighter to meet the challenges of the future Joint operational environment; and 3) support continued growth in the interoperability of Live, Virtual, Constructive and Testing solutions to enhance training and testing capabilities of the Warfighter. The overall ceiling value for the STOC II ID/IQC is $17.5B with a base ordering period and three (3) option ordering periods, resulting in a total potential ordering period of 10 years.
