A core competency of JANUS is our JCIDS and Combat Development expertise and how closely our team is linked to the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, as well as, the program management and acquisition process.  JANUS professionals assist our clients during the concept of operations and operational requirement development phase and during PPBE process with prioritization and affordability advice.  JCIDS is designed to allow joint forces to meet future military challenges by assessing existing and proposed capabilities within the perspective of their contribution to future joint concepts and by identifying potential interoperable solutions to meet existing capability gaps.  JANUS professionals also subsequently provide broader Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition expertise in assisting those communities (i.e. PEO C3T, PEO EIS, JPEO, PEO IEWS, PEO STRI, etc.) deliver these capabilities to Warfighters in technologically and operationally sound, sustainable, and affordable increments.
