Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview

The Contractor provides subject matter expertise (SME) and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) support to the government to identify, integrate, assess, prioritize and synchronize single source intelligence capability requirements and solutions across warfighting functions (WfF) and all intelligence layers (Foundation, Identity, Terrestrial, Aerial and Space).  The Contractor performs Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) analysis, identifies gaps and develops solutions for current and programmed requirements.  The Contractor will assist the government in the integration, assessment, prioritization, and synchronization of required intelligence single source capabilities.  The Contractor provides SME support for: Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT), Computer Network Operations (CNO)/Cyber, Counter Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare (CREW), Electronic Warfare (EW), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measures and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Persistent Surveillance Systems - Tethered (PSS-T), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).  The Contractor assists the government identify, assess and mitigate risks.  The Contractor reviews and updates requirements documents to ensure currency and relevancy of intelligence capabilities.

Level 1 (Single Source) (Preferably)

  • Top Secret Clearance
  • 6 to 10 years of knowledge and operational background and functional expertise in areas of SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, TENCAP, P-SST, OSINT, RITE, CI & HUMINT, MASINT, CREW, GEOINT and Cyber.
  • 6 to 10 years of knowledge experience with JCIDS process
  • Knowledge of Risk Mitigation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Warfighting Functions
  • Experience with MS Office
