ARCIC Dense Urban Analyst/Data Manager

Position Overview

Provide the ARCIC Maneuver Support Protection Division (MSPD) located at Fort Eustis, VA, with a Capability Analyst in support of Dense Urban (DU) and Subterranean Operations (SbTO).  The DU Analyst supports all assessments leading to an integrated Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) solution strategy for the DU/SbTO efforts. The culmination of analysis and assessments results in the development of documents supporting DU and SbTO capability development and associated capabilities documents.

Specific duties may include:

  • Develop metrics for IPT goals and critical success factors
  • Prepare and manage program schedules
  • Conduct data collection and analysis
  • Provide data configuration management
  • Manage all program data ensuring project team has most current version for all analytical efforts
  • Manage data repository for all JCIDS process related data
  • Conduct appropriate research to support program analysis
  • Provide written comments on documents, briefings and papers prepared by ARCIC, HQ Department of the Army (HQDA), and other Army and Department of Defense agencies
  • Provide quick reaction capability for Army G-3/5/7 requests for information in support of HQDA SbTO effort

General requirements:

  • US Secret clearance clearance
  • 3+ years of experience with CJCSI 3170 series (JCIDS) processes, methodologies, and products
  • 3+ years of experience with CBAs
  • Experience documenting analytical efforts, constructing briefings, and presenting results
  • Experience with TR 71-20 (Concept Development, Capabilities Determination, and Capabilities Integration)
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Travel:

  • As required estimated 10-15% a year
