Position Overview

  • Active TS/SCI Required

  • Perform as Lead Contractor to manage and update course existing curricula utilizing in-house expertise and external capabilities such as Air University or 505th Wing to execute training in most cost-efficient manner.

  • Plan and allocate staff to provide instruction using the Government-provided syllabus JTF Staff Basic Course. Will coordinate on the syllabus modifications and present them at the next Syllabus Review Board with end-of-course analysis reports as needed.

  • Design and conduct practical and classroom exercises in accordance with the curriculum to ensure functional understanding of military decision-making processes including Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups (B2C2WG) structure.

  • Train JTF personnel regarding current and predicted operational environments, missions, and requirements.

  • Support approximately 6 classes per year with a notional class size of 40 personnel.

  • Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner to define the hardware and software requirements and configurations for JTF exercises both at home and deployed.

  • Perform as Lead contractor to advise and assist with an annual Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to RMSE course syllabi.

  • Perform as Lead Contractor to review, coordinate, and prepare JTF Stan Eval MQF.

  • Assist lead contractor Knowledge Manager and Task Management Tool Manager to support JTF Training, Standardization, and Evaluation programs by developing and maintaining any checklists, TTPs, MQFs, and provide policy reviews.

 Minimum KSAs

  • 2 years of joint exercises, exercise white cell responsibilities, and exercise scenario development.

Desired KSAs

  • 5 years of joint exercise planner/coordinator.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
