Identity Intelligence (I2) All Source Intelligence Analyst

Serve as an Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst with technical and analytical I2 expertise, with special emphasis on Biometrically Enabled intelligence (BEI). Tasked to create all-source, action-oriented intelligence products and solutions for National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) and deployed tactical warfighters.
Responsible for conducting comprehensive I2 and BEI research and analysis on individuals, human networks, foreign organizations, nation states, non-nation states, or other populations of intelligence interest.
Provide analytical and subject matter expertise, over site and direction to the 24/7 reach-back support through NGIC to the forward commander.
Perform rapid data-mining and research to create all-source biometric intelligence products.
Familiar with network analysis in order to map insurgent groups, human networks, and populations of interest utilizing tools, such as Palantir, to identify key leadership, influential personalities, and targets of opportunity.
Provide input to the Biometric Enabled Watchlist (BEWL).
Help standardize processes for BEI with a focus on the overseas counter-insurgency mission.
Support the warfighter through biometrics-centric research on Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) networks and provide broad analytical reach back capability.
Must have a TS/SCI clearance
Minimum 3 years (for Junior level) to 5 years (for Mid Level) of all-source intelligence analysis, HUMINT or Biometric support experience.
Formal service or Intelligence Community training as an intelligence analyst.
Capable of performing independent, detailed all-source analysis.
Possess and maintain the knowledge to perform rapid data-mining and research to create all-source biometric intelligence products and input to the BEWL.
Experience producing and conducting military style briefings, papers and other reports.
Proven track record with intelligence analysis research tools and methods, to include Biometric Identity Intelligence Resource (BI2R), Palantir, SOCOM Portal, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), and Query Tree.
Familiarity with or aptitude to learn biometric collection platforms (SEEKs, BAT, HIIDE, ABIS)
Prior experience in counter-IED analysis and targeting support a plus
Prior CENTCOM AOR deployment experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferable; may substitute primary experience for education requirement
Familiarity with Analytic Integrity Standards a plus
