Staff Training Developer -- Evans, Georgia
Develop Simulation based training modules. Update, repair, modify, and expand existing programs. Perform QA by testing programs to ensure the instructions are correct and the program produces the desired outcome. Provide a realistic 3D, along with Terminal and Software, environment in which students can interact with components and software as well as gain knowledge on concepts. Provide the most appropriate training types for each component, concept and software application. Develops training material in accordance with provided guidelines.
Requirements
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
• Experience in reading and writing XML or HTML
• Experience using FLASH and the knowledge of basic programming is a plus.
• Background in version control systems
• Good attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience & Education
• BS in CS or related field or equivalent work experience
• Prior Military experience is a plus
• An Instructor Training Course is a plus
• Strong background in training development
• Additional instructing experience related to collaborative
