Judith L. Pagac
Director of Human Resources
Judith L. Pagac is the Director of Human Resources and has been employed with JANUS since 2004.
As the Director of Human Resources and part of the leadership team, Ms. Pagac strives to accomplish positive business results through continuous recruitment of top quality candidates and the retention of highly skilled employees. This mission is accomplished in part as a result of the company’s philosophy that prides itself on a strong Team environment making JANUS a cut above the rest. Since joining the company, Ms. Pagac has focused on developing one of the best comprehensive benefit programs available today. Prior to joining JANUS, Ms. Pagac spent more than 16 years at Salant Corporation and Perry Ellis International as the Director of Human Resources. The scope of her responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions for a large number of retail outlet stores, manufacturing and distribution centers.
