JANUS has been awarded both a “Full and Open” as well as, a “Small Business Simulation and Training Omnibus Contract (STOC II) by the United States Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). JANUS will provide simulation, training and instrumentation services and products to Department of Defense (DoD) and United States Army customers anywhere around the world.  STOC II is a  ten-year, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a two-year base period of performance and three (3) option ordering periods with a total ceiling value of $17.5 billion for all contract awardees.

PEO STRI provides testing, interoperable simulation, training, and acquisition services to support DoD and other Federal Government Agencies. Under the contract, JANUS will perform a full range of training support and life cycle management to include front end analysis, design, development, fielding, and sustainment of training and testing systems,instrumentation, and gaming system simulators.
